MAPS & RULES
To ensure the best possible camping experience for friends and family, our campground map and our rules are easily available here on our website and at our office. Please review them both carefully prior to your stay with us! If you have any questions or special requests, contact our office and we’ll be happy to assist you!
OUR RULES & GUIDELINES
Drive Slow and Carefully: Speed Limit is 10 MPH. Help us keep the children, pets and guests on the grounds safe!
Quiet Hours: Please observe 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. as quiet time. All children 16 & under must be at their campsite during quiet hours.
Children: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children at all times. Children 15 & under must be supervised at the pool by a responsible adult at all times.
Visitors: Visitors are welcome, we ask that all visitors register at the office. We feel it is important to know who is on the grounds for your safety and ours. Overnight visitors will be charged. Unregistered guests will be approached by staff and asked to come to the office to sign in.
Pets: Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash and not left unattended. Please clean-up after your pet. You are responsible for their care and behavior. We have the right to request proof of vaccines and licenses at any time.
Campfires: Fires are permitted in the fire rings only. All fires must be extinguished before leaving the campsite or retiring for the night. Please contact the office before moving your fire-ring. No trash burning. Do not move your fire ring, contact someone in the office to do so. We have under-ground utilities that you may affect when moving a fire ring. Thank you!
Firewood: Cutting of trees (dead or alive) is prohibited. Cutting is defined as using any tool, implement, or object to cut or remove trees or branches.
Alcoholic Beverages: Are permitted at your campsite only. Excessive drinking will not be tolerated nor will underage drinking.
Illegal Drugs and Paraphernalia: Will not be tolerated at any time! You will be evicted immediately and no refund will be given.
Vehicles: Must be parked on your own site. Additional parking must be arranged at the office. Driver of any vehicle MUST have a valid driver's license. All vehicles must register at the office.
Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash in the dumpster near the exit or cans throughout the campground. We also have a large recycling bin near the exit as well. If you have aluminum cans, there are bins near the exit and one near the bathhouse.
Golf Carts & ATVs: Golf carts must be registered in our office with proof of insurance & registration form on file. Operated by a licensed driver at all times. No ATV’s allowed at any time. Please use caution when operating. No operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted at any time.
Firearms/Explosives: No firearms or are permitted on the campground. The only exception for firearms is during the regular hunting seasons and must be registered in the office prior to bringing them on the grounds. No Fireworks, sparklers, smoker bombs, or poppers of any kind will be permitted at any time. If found to have been using them on campground property or just outside the campground, you will be evicted from the campground and no refund will be given.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Campsite and rentals check-in time is 3:00 p.m., campsite and rentals check-out time is 1:00 p.m. Please check with the office for early check-in or late check-out availability.
Water Use: No washing of vehicles or camping units permitted.
Bicycles: Your child’s safety is important to us. Helmets are required for children ages 12 and under, per the PA State law. When the dusk to dawn lights are on all bikes are to be put away.
Swimming Pool: All swimming pool rules will be strictly enforced and posted at the pool-house. Absolutely no diving or flipping! No running, no glass containers, no alcohol, no smoking, no pets, no playing on or with the rope, and swim diapers required. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Pool only open when management is on the grounds. Hours of operation vary due to weather conditions and chemical levels, there is no guaranty that the pool will be open every day. Children 15 years of age & under, must be supervised by a responsible adult, at all times. Swim diapers required for infants and toddlers.
Grounds: We feel it is important to respect nature and preserve all that is here. That being said, please do not litter, we have provided trash receptacles & recycling bins throughout the campground. Please do not nail into or damage any trees or shrubs. Absolutely no dumping any waste water of any kinds on the ground.
Laundry Facilities: We offer laundry facilities at our bathhouse, we ask that you mind your laundry and don’t leave it for someone else to take care of. We also ask that you please report any problems to the office.

The Owners of Holiday Pines Campground are not responsible for any losses or damage to any
equipment of the camper. The camper is liable for any damage he/she might cause to anyone or to
any property at the Holiday Pines Campground. We reserve the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who creates a disturbance or disregards any of the campground rules. No refund of fees paid will be given for any reason at any time. All rules are subject to change as necessary or deemed fit, and without notification.
